In order to drive in the event, we all have to work a heat as well.  If there are only 2 heats, you work the heat you are not driving.

 Registration Notes:

1.   Non-Members must fill out a required WEEKEND MEMBERSHIP FORM on site before registering, and it costs an additional $15 per entry..

2.   To receive email confirmation of your pre-registration, be sure to include your correct email address.

2.   Please don't forget to click the SEND button after completing the form! Until you have clicked that button and you see the confirmation page, your information has not been sent.

3.   If you don't receive confirmation and/or see your name on the Registration List within 48 hours after sending your registration, it probably either didn't get sent or you left out some key information.

4.   Junior drivers are required to pre-register. This is to help us better prepare for them.

5.   You will still be required to check in with the event registrar (well before the beginning of your heat and/or before registration closes) at the event to pay your fee and sign the appropriate waivers.

6.   The table above lists the standard worker schedule. Please consider what heat you will be required to work before you sign up to drive.

7.   It's a good idea to check the Registration List to make sure the spot you're after isn't already taken. However, the list is not updated immediately, so it may not be 100% current.  You will receive the closest number available to your requested number.

8.   If you do not specify a number in pre-registration, you will be given the first available open slot in the heat you chose.

 Important Notes:

Weekend Membership forms are required for all non-members.  They can be used as a $15 discount towards a full membership.  However you can only use 2 of them and they must be less than 60 days old.

Web registration is open from 7-14 days before the event, until 12:00 midnight on the Friday before the event.

YODER: The site is occupied by a family, and surrounded by farm animals.  Please be respectful of this site.

STROTHER: The site is part of an active runway, with businesses around us.  Respect the planes and hangars around us and we will continue to be able to use the site.
