Club Racing Regional Recruitment Chief

Duties:
 

-Act as MiDiv Welcome Wagon and mentors workers at all Regional events

-Operates local programs to search for new recruits

-Stays in personal, close contact with new recruits

-Works with Race Group Retention Chief to get new recruits for next race

-Communicate with Specialty Chiefs on new recruits

-Works with Specialty Chiefs to match recruits and specialty

-Reports to Divisional Recruitment and Retainment Chief on progress

-Interacts with other Regional Recruitment Chiefs to share ideas
