This is an excellent Autocross or Track
Day package that is ready for you to have great fun driving it as is or take it
to the next level with a turbo or supercharger. There is hail damage to the
hood, but some say that it gives me an unfair aerodynamic advantage. The clear
coat is peeling in a few places and there are the usual dings for a car of its
age, none of which slows the car down. There is no rust on this car that I know
of and I have been all over and under it. The soft top is in good condition,
the plastic window is very clear. The car is garaged, well maintained and runs
on full synthetic oil. Last year I had BG Products clean the intake system with
their awesome products; it makes a difference! This sale includes the OEM wheels
with all season tires and the Kosei wheels with Falken 615 tires.
I have a matching hardtop available for
an additional price. The hardtops are hot sellers on eBay so I am only offering
a slight discount to the purchaser of the car, otherwise it will go to the
highest bidder on eBay.
I have an autocross trailer, hitch, and
light kit. The trailer tows like it isn’t there and makes the sport so much
more enjoyable and hassle free. I get about 26-28mpg towing the trailer at
70mph. I am offering the trailer, hitch and light kit first to the buyer of
this car, otherwise it will all be sold as a separate trailer package.
The car has earned three consecutive
Regional Championships, is always near the top overall, and is sooo much fun to
drive with R-compound tires.
The car was my sons, then mine and has
been in the family since 2004. It runs and drives great and I am very
reluctantly selling it due to other priorities that will keep me from
autocrossing for a year or two.
I have invested $2,700 in modifications, and many hours of labor.
